GDPR Readiness

We are aware of the implications of The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation arriving in May 2018. Our staff reviewed the relevant literature and attended seminars and other events discussing GDPR issues. Instintell Institutional Investor Intelligence Ltd is a Business-to-Business(B2B) firm and, by nature of our activity, we do not target individuals in their personal capacity. If it is necessary, we only contact individuals in their corporate capacity and only when we identify a legitimate interest. This very approach limits our exposure to risks concerning GDPR. We employ dedicated IT staff in charge of our cybersecurity and we understand the importance of security and reporting hacking incidents. We are keen and capable to quickly respond to cyber threats. We constantly review our internal security and policies. Our strategy includes achieving regulatory compliance, improving incident response capabilities and proactively updating our policies and procedures.
